Xbox 360 slim lag

i need advice to fix my lag i have. i am really positive that it is my internet provider but is there anyway to make the connection better?

Switch to comcast? Use an Ethernet cable? I have no problems with my slim lagging.

i can only have 1 internet where i live. its like island kinda the same as hughes net it is satelite so i cant switch. i have tried ethernet and didnt really work it only lags at night time tho which is really weird.

Since this was about xbox 360, it belongs in the xbox 360 general discussion. If you were on any other forum it would be the same rules.

On topic:

I think there is probably too much internet activity in your area at that time and probably the only fix is to move and get better internet connection. Seeing as that is not very realistic, I think you will just have to deal with it.

i agree with u colinwCFC, and yes that is very unrealistic since we just moved out hear about a year ago. but i had the ps3 and it lagged for the first few months of living here then all of the sudden one day it just decided to get better and never lagged for the rest of the duration that i had it. so i am wondering if it is going to do the same thing with the 360 lag for a few months then get better. but at least i can play during the day until about 6 with the 360. when i had the ps3 it was impossible to play online during the first few months.
